About the Author<\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][vc_column_text]Olivia Sand has been writing for the Asian Art Newspaper since the publication\u2019s launch in 1997. A native of Switzerland, she has been among the first journalists to specialize in contemporary art from Asia and subsequently in contemporary art from the Islamic world.<\/p>\n
